We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for:
- meticulously analyzing project requirements
- reverse engineering quotes, and dissecting estimation components.

Your expertise will be crucial in driving accurate and competitive project cost estimations while continuously refining and enhancing our estimation methods and formulas.

Skills and experience

• Solid experience in an Estimator position on medium density projects
• Experience in Bluebeam will be an advantage
• Have strong organisational skills and ability to present information in a logical manner
• An exceptional eye for detail
• Must have a good understanding of the local construction market and understand the technicalities of how to build
