Position: Amazon Brand Account Associate
Location: Remote (Must be willing to work 9-5 MST)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to drive the development and enhancement of brands' presence on Amazon.
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, utilizing both Amazon's proprietary software and flat files.
- Implement Amazon programs such as the Vine program, A+ content, storefronts, Amazon posts, and product variation creation.
- Engage in listing copywriting, crafting compelling, and SEO-optimized content that appeals to the target audience.
Coordinate with various subcontractors, including photographers and graphic designers, to elevate product listings and brand imagery.
- Undertake comprehensive listing research to benchmark against competitors and pinpoint areas of optimization.
Coordinate directly with Amazon to address listing issues, orchestrate promotional campaigns, and manage operational requirements.
- Design and manage impactful ad campaigns on Amazon to maximize brand visibility.
Foster effective communication with brands, ensuring their vision and values are accurately represented on Amazon.
Utilize Amazon Brand Analytics, supporting the Director of Business Development in crafting and disseminating in-depth brand reports.
- Assist the Director of Business Development with detailed reporting tasks, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing and amplifying brand presence on Amazon
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central
- Familiar with software products such as Data Dive and Sellerboard are a bonus but not required for the position.
- Superior proficiency in written and spoken English.
Confident in phone and video communications, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Amazon's suite of tools, especially those relevant to brand management and analytics.
An assertive, detail-oriented approach with the capacity to juggle multiple projects seamlessly.
Must be familiar with the basic software tools - Gmail, Zoom, Slack, Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and bonus would be Notion task management but not required.
The successful candidate will be eager to learn, but should also be a self-starter and capable of problem-solving. They will be invested in the financial success of the company, and are willing to take on additional tasks over time.
