Responsibilities:

Engage with leads via calls, texts, and emails
Master our cold-calling scripts and counter-arguments
Schedule and follow up on appointments for our sales team
Contribute to team KPIs and personal growth
Who You Should Be:

Fluent in English with a neutral accent; Must work in US EST
2+ years in Cold Calling/BPO
Real estate experience a plus

Persuasive and outgoing

5mbps Internet, with backup
Laptop/desktop: 4 GB RAM, i3 processor
