Customer Service Director: Phone and Email Support

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Director to lead our phone and email support team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record of success in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the phone and email support team
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
Train and coach tea ---------- mbers on customer service communication skills
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

3+ years of experience in customer service phone support
