We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Director to lead our phone and
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the phone and
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
Train and coach tea
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Work with other departments to ensure that customers have a positive experience
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in customer service phone support
Experience developing and delivering training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
