UX/UI Designer - Remote

Role Overview:
As a UX/UI Designer at Co-Lab.Ai, you'll be an integral part of the team, shaping the visual and user experience of our cutting-edge SaaS platform and groundbreaking AI features for brands and crafting immersive campaign funnels for the customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design journey for Co-Lab.Ai's SaaS platform, focusing on creating a seamless experience for brands leveraging our innovative AI features.
- Design comprehensive and engaging campaign funnels, from social media touchpoints to landing pages.
- Develop user-centric solutions informed by data, research, and an intimate understanding of our audience's behaviors and needs.
- Continuously refine and optimize through structured A/B testing.
- Understand user scenarios, scripts, and contexts for every design assignment.
- Ensure design solutions align with user research inputs and business requirements.
- Contribute to the definition and application of design principles and interaction patterns across our products.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interactive Design, Visual Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Proven ability in shaping digital products, from SaaS platforms to campaign funnels.
- Proven expertise in creating designs that resonate across different platforms and devices.
- Familiarity with design principles, interaction patterns, and emerging trends in UX/UI design.
- A strong communicator, able to convey complex design concepts concisely to various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, able to drive design projects from conception to completion.

Work Arrangements:
- Fully remote position.
- Working hours: 9 hours daily with a 1-hour lunch break.
- 10:00 - 19:00 Hong Kong Time
