Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Cold Caller and CRM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our real estate operation, your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to leads and potential clients, as well as effectively managing our CRM system, specifically KVCore. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can excel in lead generation through phone outreach and ensure our CRM is optimized for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to leads and potential clients, following established scripts and guidelines. Build rapport, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our real estate agents.

CRM Management: Serve as the expert in managing our CRM system, specifically KVCore. Ensure that all lead information, notes, and updates are accurately recorded in the system. Regularly scrub and maintain the CRM database to keep it up-to-date.

Data Scrubbing: Identify and remove duplicate or irrelevant data from the CRM. Verify and update contact information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Lead Segmentation: Organize and segment leads within the CRM based on specific criteria and qualifiers, making it easier for our agents to target their outreach effectively.

Reporting: Generate and provide regular reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and the overall health of the CRM ---------- e these reports to make data-driven recommendations for lead generation strategies.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our real estate agents and tea ---------- mbers to ensure a seamless flow of information between lead generation efforts and the sales process.

Training: Provide training and support to tea ---------- mbers on using the CRM effectively, ensuring that everyone is leveraging its capabilities to their advantage.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, with a strong focus on KVCore.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing ---------- lf-motivated and able to work independently, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and software as required.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Availability during regular business hours with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend calls.
