Job Description
We seek an Expert Facebook Ad Specialist who can drive leads for our agency. This role is critical to our growth, targeting business owners in specific niches. We need someone with the experience, expertise, and passion to run campaigns and produce results.

The core hours for this role will be from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. CST Monday-Thursday, with the rest being flexible.

Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook Ad campaigns targeting specific niches
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
A/B testing of campaigns to maximize ROI
Analyze and report on key performance indicators
Collaborate closely with the YellowFin team to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies

Requirements
Expert-level experience with Facebook Ads
Proven track record of driving leads and achieving ROI
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics
Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines
