As a Social Media Engagement Tea
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across our social media channels, including but not limited to
Conversational Excellence: Respond to inquiries and comments with professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our audience.
Content Promotion: Share relevant content, blog posts, job openings, and updates to encourage interaction and provide value to our followers.
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities by understanding the needs and interests of our social media followers, and convert them into appointments for the recruiting team.
Data Analysis: Monitor engagement metrics and use data-driven insights to refine engagement strategies and improve conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and recruiting teams to align social media engagement efforts with overall business goals and
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Experience in social media management and community engagement is a plus.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their unique features.
A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed engagement and conversion goals.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools is an advantage.
