Responsibilities:
Effectively searching for prospective clients and generate sales leads. Leads could range from mid to high-level restaurants in Manila
Managing end-to-end client relationship including scheduling and leading client meetings, restaurant market consultancy, sales pitching and presenting BookioPro demo, training restaurant staff and admin to install and use BookioPro, troubleshooting, negotiation and contracting. Sometimes also billing/invoicing and payment collection.
Client operations results tracking, reporting on information from BookioPro and interpreting it for clients.
Advising clients on advantages of usage of BookioPro Reservation Book and Restaurant Admin Console, helping them and managers to get more customers,efficiently manage the reservations, tables and customers relationships
Suggesting measures to improve the effectiveness of the operations, restaurant’s efficiency improvement and growth of customer base
Requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience. Relevant experience in sales (restaurants/ software) is a bonus!
Relevant local restaurant knowledge from having lived in Manila
Excellent in oral and written communication skills in English
Good rapport skills and active listening
Knowledge of how to operate a laptop/ tablet and using web
Intelligent, enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven individual
Should be comfortable working in a multi-cultural start-up team
