Customer/Email Support/Kajabi

I am looking to hire a Customer/Email Support Specialist with experience for an immediate need of around 20 hours per week to start. Kajabi experience a major plus but not necessary.

Must have advanced mastery of English.

Must be highly organized and be able to work independently, asking for help when needed.

Must want to work with a small team. We are a tight knit group building a fast growing company making real change in children's lives.

Must be very responsive, open to learning new things, a relentless problem-solver, willing to grow along with my company, highly organized, and have a keen attention to detail.

There is potential for full time hours, especially if you have additional experience in using Kajabi...

Or any of the following skills: SEO Optimization and Strategy, Graphic Design, Marketing, Facebook Groups, Youtube strategy, Basic IT/Web Support, Social Media Management, Notion, or Slack.

Looking for a highly motivated worker who is willing to be trained in our processes, open to feedback, looking for opportunities to take on more responsibilities, looking to take ownership in contributing to the company, and make pay raises over time.
