Woo Commerce cart to be added to Wordpress Site

We are currently using Volusion as out shopping cart. We wish to change it to a woo commerce site using PayPal as the payment gateway. There will only be 5 products in shopping cart. This work needs to be done immediately. Please include a cost to do the work in your application.
