Automation Expert

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Zapier Automation Expert to spearhead our real estate automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of creating and optimizing workflows that improve efficiency, automate real estate valuations, enhance presentations, and provide insightful KPI dashboards by integrating information fro ---------- ta, Google platforms, and other key data sources.

Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Automation:
• Design, implement, and optimize Zapier workflows to automate various real estate processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all automation processes.
• Collaborate with the IT and Real Estate departments to understand business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Real Estate Valuation Automation:
• Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and tools to fetch real-time property values.
• Create processes to regularly update and validate property valuations.
• Improve the efficiency and accuracy of our valuation processes through continuous monitoring and refinement of workflows.
• Presentation Automation:
• Develop dynamic presentation templates that can auto-populate with the latest property data.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure presentations align with branding and meet client needs.
• KPI Dashboard Creation:
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data fro ---------- ta platforms, Google, and other data sources.
• Design and maintain real-time dashboards to display crucial KPIs for internal stakeholders.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Regularly review and update Zaps to accommodate changes in data sources, tools, or business requirements.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve any workflow-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with Zapier for complex workflow automation.
• Proficiency in API integration, especially with real estate databases, meta platforms, and Google services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
