JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there!

I’m hiring for a virtual assistant type role. I own a small, high-performance marketing agency headquartered in California, USA. We are growing VERY fast and I need someone to help me keep up with the growing workload.

This is for a long-term, permanent position. You will start as an assistant, where you can develop your skills. Soon you will have plenty of opportunity for salary raises, bonuses, and to move into a management role depending on how well you perform.

You will start part time (20 hours per week) and then you will transition into full time (40 hours per week) within 1-2 months.

- You are an EXCELLENT communicator in writing
- You type fast (minimum 30wpm+)
- You can work independently with minimal supervision
- You are intelligent and a fast learner
- You love learning new skills and being challenged
- You are focused on results, not excuses
- You always complete your tasks on time
- You are detail-oriented and keep things organized
- You are honest and always act with integrity
- You want a long-term position with a company you can grow with
- You have an outgoing personality and enjoy talking and interacting with other people
- You follow instructions and always ask questions when something isn't 100% clear
- You can quickly adapt to changes in a rapid-growth company

- I have worked as a business growth strategist for over 10 years

- I give bonuses for doing a good job and exceeding expectations


+--- ABOUT THE POSITION:
- You will work directly with me, communicating mostly through email and Skype
- You will conduct research and write articles (training provided)
- You will manage social media accounts for clients (training provided)
- You will handle customer service emails (training provided)
- You will be given various assorted tasks to help me keep up
- You will have a LOT of opportunity for growth within company
- You will get training for all tasks
- You will learn a lot about management, marketing, business strategy, etc.


+--- ABOUT COMPENSATION:
- You will be paid DAILY for 1st week, then every week
- Your monthly salary is NEGOTIABLE depending on experience
- You will get bonuses for great work
- You will get a 13th Month Bonus
- You will be promoted or given a raise based on performance
- Every month you work, you earn 2 personal days which can be used as a sick days or vacation days (12 days per year)
- These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 days per year)
