Martial Arts Training Application | PHP & MySQL

We are currently developing a martial arts training application in PHP/MySQL that is designed for students to see custom training plans, techniques and drills to learn that is designed for their body, instincts, goals and skill-level.

The application is about 60% done and looking for a full-stack PHP developer to finish the job and help make my vision a reality. This is going to be ongoing work.

I have an HTML/Bootstrap "theme" or template I want to use for the application.

One of the main requirements is taking my data and functionality and integrating it into the theme using many of the elements made available in the theme.

I will also need other functionality developed. For example:
- Dynamic weekly tasks for each level, and associated with skills to develop at that level.
- User registration and login pages/flow/logic.
- Progress tracking displays
- Points scoring system (very important)

Timeline is 4-8 weeks.
