Marketing Ads Manager

We are looking for a talented Paid Traffic Manager, who is ready to join a vibrant, experienced and passionate team of marketers. We are a fully remote working organisation, with tea ---------- mbers across Europe and the Philippines.

The Role

We’re currently seeking a highly experienced Expert Google Ads Manager, with competencies in both Facebook and Instagram Ads, who has the ability to innovate core strategy and input into the conversion optimisation of clients’ landing pages.

You will be required to manage the ongoing analysis and reporting of the performance of campaigns, thriving for results and growth. Our service offering operates within a single niche, therefore all learnings are applicable to our entire client base. Our core approach is that of a proven system. We learn, test, implement and grow and all of our clients benefit as a result.
A positive mindset and passion for marketing and conversion are an absolute must. This position requires you to be able to work independently, as well as with the team and clients.

About Us

The company is based in the UK and predominantly service a UK client base. Our core team has included tea ---------- mbers from the Philippines for 8+ years so we know that the respect, work ethic and commitment of Filipino people is second to none. We understand your standard corporate culture and adopt many principles including a 13th month bonus.
We do ask that you are available to work UK hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday; However we are a results focused company and encourage flexibility when your responsibilities are met and exceeded.

Requirements:
Expert Google Ads Manager
Expert Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
Effectively manage workflow and prioritise tasks across communication and project management platforms
Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time.
Operate in a fast moving environment and adhere to deadlines whilst producing high quality work each and every time.
Be able to work autonomously and stay focused on the job at hand.
Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our tea ---------- mbers grow and learn.
ClickFunnels experience is desirable but not essential.
Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure any challenges don’t greatly impact project progress or outcomes.
Manage sensitive credentials.
Fluent in both Written and Spoken English

Salary and benefits:
80,000 PHP - USD: $1405.67 per month with +13th month pay
21 days holiday
UK working hours
Signed Contractual Employment Agreement
21 Days Holiday Per Year
PLUS National UK Holidays
