Primary Responsibilities:
Recruitment (80%)
- Find and endorse qualified candidates for remote jobs using online sources and creative recruiting methods.
- Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidates for remote roles.
- Work with hiring managers to understand needs and adjust strategies.
- Use HR software to track recruitment data and schedule virtual interviews.
- Help new remote hires with onboarding for a smooth start.
Additional Responsibilities (20%)
- Facilitate remote town hall meetings for effective communication.
- Arrange virtual celebrations for birthdays and work anniversaries.
- Aid in daily remote HR duties, data management, and document prep.
- Ensure precise HR record-keeping following company policies.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR and recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be tech-savvy
- Must be adaptable
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must be a great team player

Nice to haves:
- Basic computer support experience.
- Familiarity with United States federal and CA state HR law and policies related to personnel, recruiting, compliance, benefits, and/or payroll.
- SHRM-CP certification or other relevant HR certifications.

Preferred Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Standard Time
