Accounting Assistant

CAREPOOL Innovation Inc. is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant to assist with our rapid expansion.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Accounting Assistant at Carepool, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our finance and accounting department.

Your responsibilities will include:
a.) Assisting with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
b.) Processing invoices and expense reports.
c.) Reconciling bank statements and financial records.
d.) Assisting with month-end and year-end closings.
e.) Maintaining accurate financial records and files.
f.) Collaborating with tea ---------- mbers on various accounting projects.
g.) Providing administrative support to the finance team.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
a.) A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
b.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
c.) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
d.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
e.) The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
f.) Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
g.) Previous experience with AR & AP Management.
h.) Fast learner who can work with minimal supervision.
i.) Proactive in process improvement and efficiency.
