UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate UX Designer to join our creative and development team and help shape the future of our user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with managers and developers to understand project goals and requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
- Implement design systems for consistency across digital platforms.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
- Collect and evaluate user requirements aligned with business objectives.
- Capture and surface business requirements for customer-facing solutions.
- Provide high-quality UX solutions through wireframes, visuals, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and website teams to share insights.
- Support pipeline development and UI design screen implementation.
- Oversee the user experience from conception to launch.
- Define and implement innovative interface designs to enhance user experience.
- Create intuitive navigation for digital programs and interfaces.
- Craft simple and innovative solutions for complex scenarios.
- Ensure UI and brand consistency across digital products.
- Find creative solutions for UX problems.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Figma, a must-have design collaboration tool.
- Experience with Agile and Scru ---------- thodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in pair programming environments.
- Familiarity with management and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Sass for efficient styling.
- Experience in designing for mobile applications.
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
