Staffing Coordinator/ Weekend Daytime Manager (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays)

This job has 2 components

1) The Staffing Coordinator role is responsible for department management over scheduling of services during these days
2) On the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) this also entails fielding calls from potential clients and from existing clients


Location, Schedule and Payment:

This is a telecommuting position.
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday: 8am to 7pm
Salary: This is a salary position to be paid once a month via wire transfer


Roles & Responsibilities:
FRIDAYS: you would be working with the main Staffing Coordinator and your job on Fridays is to get up to speed on all staffing issues since you would be alone on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. You would also confirm schedules and help staff the weekend and find out what caregivers are available for the weekend in case we get a call out or we need to start a new case

SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS: you will be 100% responsible for all shifts being filled, monitoring lateness and if a potential client calls, to be able to begin the intake process. If a client calls with a patient care issue, you are to delegate that to the RN on call. If a caregiver calls out, you need to staff it appropriately. You will be 100% in charge of all incoming calls and how to route them

MONDAYS: the office would be open and you would be only responsible for Staffing (as opposed to Saturdays and Sundays). As opposed to Fridays, you will not be overlapping with the main Staffing Coordinator

Requirements & Qualifications:
1) Experience in home care staffing (please do not apply if you cannot provide references)
2) Full commitment to this schedule for the long term (if you have any future dates in the next 9-12 months where you cannot work these days and hours, please do not apply
3) Very good phone skills
4) Ability to multi-task and work independently
