Opportunity: Marketing & Sales Assistant for World-Renowned Coach, Speaker, and Best Selling Author!

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing & Sales Assistant, supporting a world-renowned Coach, Speaker, and Best Selling Author.

This position offers a competitive monthly salary of $1500 to $2000 USD based on experience, along with the convenience of working in the LA Time zone, Monday to Friday. We value great communication, maturity, and attention to detail to accomplish tasks effectively.

What we're looking for:

A seasoned professional with a track record of success in initiating and implementing strategic plans that resulted in significant sales/revenue growth. We want to hear about specific, verifiable examples of your achievements.
Executive-level abilities and mindsets: Someone who can take the lead, be self-driven, and proactive in identifying and solving problems. We appreciate self-initiative and sound business judgment.

Key traits we value include executive thinking, excellent data research and entry skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional English communication. Experience in creating email campaigns and using AI tools is a plus.

We seek someone adaptable, up-to-date with best practices, capable of independent leadership when required, and proficient in essential work practices without extensive training.

Ideally, you have prior experience in handling pre- and post-event requirements or campaigns and database management, including CRM.
