**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Product Listings Specialist for our e-commerce/Shopify store. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining our product listings.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Service:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and emails promptly and professionally, addressing questions related to orders, delivery times, and product information.
- Provide exceptional customer support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- **Shopify Product Listings:**
- Create and update product listings on our Shopify store, ensuring accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Add new products to the store, including uploading images, writing compelling product descriptions, and managing product attributes.
- **Weekly Reporting:**
- Maintain a weekly overview of tasks completed and pending, highlighting progress and any challenges encountered.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 100mbps internet connection with backup internet access.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in e-commerce and customer care roles.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
