JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Ads Specialist to join our team and help us drive lead generation through strategic advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google.

Position Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies on Facebook and Google to generate high-quality leads for our products/services.

2. Ad Creation: Craft compelling and visually appealing ad copy and graphics that resonate with our target audience.

3. Budget Management: Monitor and optimize ad spend to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.

4. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases for effective ad targeting.

5. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad campaigns and improve conversion rates.

6. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

7. Ad Compliance: Stay updated with platform policies and ensure all advertisements adhere to compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist with a track record of successful lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Google.

- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Proficiency in creating and optimizing ad campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.

- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

- Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends and best practices.

Working Hours:
