Video Editor for YouTube Channel

Looking for a skilled video editor in the style of real estate narrated tours for the following channel:

Note: the videos mainly rely just on photos of the houses so you will have to get creative to make the video engaging.

I'm looking for editors capable to match this level of quality or do better.

Also, you should be experienced in using either Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. You should also know how to use visual effects such as transitions and text animations. I'm not looking for fancy/overedited content.
