Job Description:

As an Email and SMS Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for leading our digital communication strategies. Your role will not only include email marketing but also focus on SMS marketing and crafting visually compelling, conversion-optimized content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize our multi-channel marketing platforms, Sendlane for email and SMS
- Design visually captivating emails, rich in imagery and optimized for high conversion rates
- Develop compelling copy that converts for both email and SMS marketing
- Create and manage automated marketing flows for email and SMS
- Conduct A/B testing across email and SMS campaigns to fine-tune strategies
- Seamlessly integrate our Shopify platform with Sendlane for streamlined operations
- Analyze key performance indicators for both email and SMS, offering actionable recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in email and SMS marketing
- Demonstrable skills in graphic design optimized for digital communications
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on conversion optimization
- Expert-level familiarity with Sendlane, Shopify, and other relevant platforms
- Portfolio and case studies demonstrating a track record of success in both email and SMS marketing for e-commerce brands
