Job Title: Contract Management and Client Care Specialist - Construction Projects
Location: Fulltime remote work - must have proper work from home setup

Key Requirements:
### Must have previous experience in legal documents, terms, and conditions
### Strong Communication and problem-solving skills.
### Organized, customer-focused, and tech-savvy.
Managing clients in construction projects require understanding the Construction Contract terms, clauses and what they mean in the context, and educate and manage the clients' expectations to suit.
* Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries promptly.
* Contract Management: educate and manage clients' expectations with Contract Terms and Clauses
* Documentation: Maintain accurate project records.
* Feedback Collection: Gather client insights for improvements.
* Client Update: Provide project info and milestones.
* Additional Admin: Assist other construction
This is a full-time work-from-home job, that requires a professional home office setting.
A digital phone line will be set up so you can make calls.
Working hours are 9am-5:30pm (Australia/Melbourne time zone) with lunch break around 1pm.
