Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Proactively contact potential customers to introduce our range of sauna and ice bath products, gauge their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
Live Chat Assistance: Engage visitors on our website via live chat, assisting with product queries, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Abandoned Cart Outreach: Identify and reach out to customers who abandoned their shopping carts, understand their concerns, and offer solutions to finalise the sale.
Product Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our sauna and ice bath product range, including features, benefits, and potential use-cases.
Feedback Collection: Regularly collect feedback from customers and prospects to identify areas of improvement for both products and the overall sales process.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring a steady revenue stream for the company.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to synchronise efforts, share feedback, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of sauna and ice bath products, including their benefits and use cases.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
