Position Overview:
As the frontline of the Law firm the Receptionist is the firm's greeting ambassador, responsible for making a lasting first impression. Connecting with our valued clients, doctors' offices, and peer attorney offices, we seek an individual radiating warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm, ideally happy to manage a high volume of calls daily. This is an opportunity to carve a long-standing career with a prestigious New York Law firm.


Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, answering between 65-100 calls daily.
- Extend a warm, welcoming, and professional greeting to all callers, mirroring the firm's ethos.
- Efficiently route calls to appropriate departments or tea ---------- mbers.
- Offer essential information about the firm upon request.
- Adhere to confidentiality norms and uphold the firm's policies and standards.
- Undertake basic administrative duties when required.
Hours are 10:00 a.m. EST to 7:00 p.m. EST with an hour break midday

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle substantial call volumes with grace and patience.
- A genuine, warm, and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in standard office software and telephony systems.
- Aptitude for multitasking and organizational prowess.

Benefits:
Training salary $600 per month
$800 per month thereafter
