Social Media Account Manager

Company Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Social Media Account Manager to join our team. We specialize in managing a network of 40 social media accounts, consisting of 20 Instagram and 20 TikTok profiles, all within a specific niche. Our primary goal is to curate and repost engaging content to captivate our target audience.

Responsibilities:

-Email Management: Create and manage the 20 email accounts associated with the social media profiles.

-Profile Creation: Create and set up 20 Instagram and 20 TikTok profiles, each with a unique email address. These profiles will be used for content reposting.

-Content Curation: Find 14 pieces of high-quality niche-specific content per week, with two pieces for each day, for all 40 social media accounts.

-Caption Creation: Craft captivating and relevant captions for each piece of content to engage our followers and encourage interaction.

-Posting: Schedule and post content on all 40 social media accounts daily. Ensure consistency in timing and branding across all platforms.

-Engagement: Monitor and engage with comments on posts daily by liking and responding when necessary to maintain an active and responsive online presence.

Qualifications:

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

2. Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok platforms.

3. Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging captions.

4. Ability to work independently and meet daily posting deadlines.

5. Basic understanding of email account creation and management.

6. Proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing social media trends.

7. Reliable internet connection and access to necessary tools for remote work.

Additional Information:

-This is a remote position, and the employee must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary tools and software.

-The initial days of work will primarily focus on creating the email accounts and setting up the social media profiles.

-The daily posting task should take no more than 3 hours to complete.

-The employee will report to myself Michael Guete.

-Compensation for this position is $500 USD per month.

-This is a full-time position.
