Media Manager

Responsibilities:
• Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others to achieve client goals and objectives.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that align with client objectives, budget constraints, and industry trends.
• Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring that spending is optimized to deliver the best possible results.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to produce compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate insightful reports for clients, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in ad platform algorithms to ensure our strategies remain effective.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing with an emphasis on Digital Marketing or a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management.
• While prior experience in managing paid advertising campaigns is preferred, we are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including recent graduates.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in advertising tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
