Recruitment Associate for German Market (Remote)

Our clients are in the future markets cloud, digitalization, IT and telecommunications. We service mid size companies, based in germany looking for domestic candidates

So now we are looking for an Individual with high work ethic to expand our sourcing- & selection-team.

Ideal would be fluent german language skills for also taking responsibility on interviews.

You are responseable for ...
- Digital candidate sourcing (Dripify/LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram, etc.), dealing to understand german CVs, profile and homepages
- Management automation tools, management of outreach campaigns
- Arranging appointments for consulting and business development
- Development and investigation of new contact options (research by email, telephone, etc.)
- Preparation and documentation of the information obtained in the market-leading CRM system (Loxo)

We are looking for ...
- Ideal: Solid german language skills, verbal & written
- Positive & proven Sales-Communication skills
- Experience in recruitment as a researcher, sourcer, contacter is appriciated
- Very high work ethic and goal focussing
- Excellent ability for networked thinking and situational reflection
- Excellent organizational skills, personal and project-oriented
- High mental balance
- Great MS365 office skills (Excel, Outlook)
- Experienced in creating Bolean Searches within various Databases
