Hello! We are a thriving metal building dealer company specializing in custom-built structures, ranging from small carports to large commercial buildings. We’re looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant/Lead Generator to support our team and help us connect with potential clients. This position involves managing administrative tasks, generating leads, and ensuring a smooth workflow to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
• Organize and maintain databases, records, and project documentation.
• Manage email communication, respond to inquiries, and handle scheduling.
• Coordinate with the sales team and clients to streamline operations.
• Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining accurate updates.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.

Lead Generation:
• Identify potential clients using online platforms, email campaigns, and digital tools.
• Develop and maintain lead databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, project goals, and budget to prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for follow-up.

Research & Marketing Support:
• Conduct market research to understand target demographics, market trends, and competitors.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, including content creation and social media updates.
• Support SEO efforts and monitor online platforms, including Facebook Marketplace, to generate leads.

Customer Service:
• Provide professional and timely responses to client inquiries.
• Assist in nurturing client relationships by addressing questions and coordinating with the team.

About Our Products:
Our structures feature galvanized steel tubing and corrugated galvanized steel panels, tailored to meet local regulations and client needs. Products range from small carports to barns and large commercial buildings. Each building is fully customizable, making it essential to connect with clients seeking tailored solutions.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience in administrative roles and lead generation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, email campaigns).
• Familiarity with metal building products or construction industry knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
• Ability to research construction-specific needs such as snow loads, wind loads, and permitting requirements is an advantage.

Additional Qualifications:
• Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a capable computer for remote work.
• Availability to work starting at 8 AM PT (11 PM Manila time).
