JOB OVERVIEW

---------- is an online retailer of office products located in Los Angeles seeking detail oriented, ambitious and technically savvy Operations Rep to help manage various aspects of day to day operations in our eCommerce business.

Duties:
* Helping customers via phone and zendesk regarding product questions, quote requests and entering orders.
* Customer service via phone and Zendesk regarding order status, returns, damages, and other order related issues.
* Tracking and completing orders in Magento by communicating with suppliers, by phone, email, automated emails, vendor websites, shipping reports..
* Getting quotes and setting up LTL shipments and logistics related work.
* Other related operations duties based on candidates strengths.

Requirements:
* This is a full time position and must be online for work during PST Los Angeles time Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
* At least 2+ years experience working in an eCommerce operations environment preferably drop shipping.
* Extremely detail oriented, fast learner and computer savvy.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Experience with at least one of these QuickBooks, Zendesk, Magento ---------- nd Resume
