Experienced Content Writer + Storyteller

We're recruiting an experienced, versatile Content Writer to write long-form articles about a variety of niche consumer products for a US audience.

This is not your typical SEO role. We're looking for writers who have a passion for well-designed consumer products; who can combine lifestyle and cultural commentary with information-rich research to tell the story behind the latest consumer products.

This role involves researching consumer niches, consumer brands and new products, and writing ---------- word articles to inform and entertain our audience. You will be working with a copyeditor to come up with ideas and improve engagement on articles.

We are looking for writers who:
- Have significant experience writing about niche and premium consumer products.
- Enjoy writing about the details of well-designed products as well as the stories behind brands.
- Write about products from many different product verticals, such as apparel, furniture, home decor, food, pet goods, sporting goods, and personal gadgets.

[ Requirements ]
- Strong English creative writing skills
- Strong internet research skills
- 5+ years of experience as a professional writer
- Passion for researching and writing about consumer products
- Significant familiarity with contemporary US consumer culture
- Can write in a conversational, concise voice
- Can write from the audience's perspective
- Organized and detail-oriented
