Graphic Design - T-shirt Designer

I'm looking for a Graphic Designer that is very comfortable in both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

I primarily need assistance with T-shirt graphic design as well as design work for custom tent canopies, table covers, flags, etc.

I'm personally pretty decent in Photoshop but struggle quite a bit with Illustrator. I need someone that is relatively proficient in Illustrator to be able to primarily work with the canopies, table covers and flags when I need design work done for those items.

As for the t-shirts I will occasionally need help with logo/branding as well as recreating designs that clients have sent over in a low quality ---------- 's pretty much a MUST that you have experience with t-shirt design artwork, in particular for screen printing.

I will need help with separating colors that will need to be used for each screen to setup jobs. Also I'm looking for someone that has experience breaking down full color images into CMYK format for certain projects.

I also currently am in the process of revamping my two websites with a Web Designer. We may occasionally need assistance for that project as well.

Some weeks I will need a Graphic Designer more so than others so I'm looking for someone that is flexible and comfortable with doing "Gig" work just when I need Graphic Design services.
