Data Analytics/Management Assistant

Position Overview:
As a Virtual Data Analytics/Management Assistant, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data collected from various sources, primarily our inside and outside sales agents. You will be responsible for remotely tracking and managing data to provide valuable insights that drive decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

*Collect, organize, and maintain data forms submitted by inside and outside sales agents through virtual channels.
*Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to identify and rectify data discrepancies or missing information.
*Collaborate remotely with tea ---------- mbers to obtain any missing or incomplete data through phone calls and email communication.
*Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data from multiple lead sources.
*Create and maintain detailed virtual records of data sources, changes, and updates.
*Generate virtual reports and summaries for management and other departments as needed.
*Identify opportunities for process improvement and virtual automation to enhance data quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems) or equivalent work experience.
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
*Excellent virtual communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in virtual data management and analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
*Prior experience working with and building out systems within Knack is preferred but not required.
*Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a virtual team.
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize virtual tasks.
*Experience with CRM systems or virtual data analytics software is a plus.
*Prior experience in a similar virtual role is preferred but not required.
