Auto Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team in the Auto Hail Claims industry. If you're a dedicated professional with exceptional communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for calling insurance companies and handling hail damage claims over the phone. Your role will involve liaising between clients and insurance companies, ensuring claims are processed swiftly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process auto hail damage claims.
Make calls to insurance companies to discuss, negotiate, and follow-up on claims.
Maintain meticulous records of all claim information.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills Required:
Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the auto hail claims or insurance industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to navigate and resolve issues effectively over the phone.
Knowledge of insurance claims processes would be a plus.
This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You'll join a supportive team dedicated to providing excellent service in the auto hail claims industry.
