Virtual Assistant / Fulfillment Assistant

Looking for a role for a fulfillment / virtual assistant. This individual would be responsible for making sure all customer orders and shipment requests are fulfilled.

This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to leadership.

Responsibilities include:
- Ordering shipping labels
- Communication with fulfillment centers
- Communication with CS team to make sure all customer requests are fulfilled
- Documenting through Google Sheets / Excel

Desired Softwares/Skills:
- Shopify (preferred)
- Zendesk
- Airtable (preferred)
- Google Sheets

Must have critical attention to detail, ability to work fast, comfortable using data.
