Email and SMS Marketing Specialist - Permanent Work From Home

I am URGENTY looking for an Email and SMS Marketing Specialist to join our growth marketing team. This teammate will set up and execute email drip and SMS campaigns, create and connect the customers in the right segmentation, QA the campaign processes, and report on the campaign performance.

The Role
- Build and execute email (Klaviyo) and SMS (Postscript) campaigns in which copy and creative are provided
- Assign correct segments to campaigns as illuminated in Asana email calendar
- Connect customers/segments to the right email campaigns using Asana as the project management or email calendaring tool
- Create new segments as directed
- Templated reporting on campaign performance
- Test and check campaign content for accuracy prior to circulation
- Maintain a clean contact list and email automation
- Work with the team to turn off campaigns or optimize as directed
- QA, update flows, and triggers as instructed

The Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Klaviyo or similar tools is a must-have
- 1+ years of experience with Postscript or similar SMS platform is a must-have
- Must have experience with an end-to-end email marketing campaign for an e-commerce brand (Shopify flows, integration, discount codes, etc.)
- Basic experience with Google Analytics is a must-have
- Must have experience with Asana or other similar project management tools
- Experience with Looker or similar BI tools is a nice-to-have
- Experience with Chatbots is a nice-to-have
- Should have meticulous attention to detail, confidence to question when the direction is unclear, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can work in graveyard shift following any timezone in the US
