Short Term Rental Virtual Assistant - Airbnb/VRBO/Booking, ect

Looking for a short term rental virtual assistant who has at least 2+ years experience of short term rental experience working for a reputable property management company.

The Ideal candidate will have experience as a VA and also as a case manager for airbnb (this is preferred not required). They have a proven track record with several booking softwares (airbnb, vrbo, direct bookings, ect). They will be an expert at review disputes, and claims handling with airbnb. They will be highly organized, and be responsible for organizing and coordinating our cleaning and maintenance team. They will have good phone etiquette, and be friendly to our guests and staff. 1. Listing Management
2. Claims disputes
3. Review Removals
4. Cleaning Coordination
5. Repair maintence coordination
6. Customer service (Phone, email, Airbnb).
7. Other related tasks to smooth operation of the property however the above will be your primary.
8. Revenue optimization
