B2B Cold Caller (remote)

Hi there!

We're looking for an outbound cold caller to join our remote lead generation team.

More details on the position:

- Part-time (25 hours) and full-time (40 hours/week) positions available
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm EST (New York time zone)

Day in the life of an outbound phone rep:

- 200 outbound cold calls per day
- Qualifying, overcoming objections and booking meetings/demos with prospects
- Updating the database with detailed notes on your conversations with prospects
- Creating and sharing weekly activity reports on campaign progress
- Working closely with campaign managers, data analysts and clients to optimize campaign performance
- Attending ongoing sales development training meetings

Experience and skills that make you an ideal candidate for this position:

- You have at least 2 years of B2B cold calling experience (we are not in need of B2C cold callers, sorry!)
- You're a confident and articulate verbal (and written) communicator
- You have strong computer skills
- Experience using Google sheets, docs
- Experience working in CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho is a plus
- Experience selling any type of B2B software or technology services is a huge plus

Technical Requirements:

- Primary computer: min 2 GHz processor with 4GB RAM or more
- Primary AND backup internet service with speeds of at least 50 Mbps (wired)
- Backup power supply

Work schedule: Remote work, 8:30am - 5:30pm EST (US, New York time), Monday - Friday

Salary will be based on skills and knowledge.
