SEO Specialist – Fully Remote

Contractor Scale is looking for an SEO Specialist is responsible for analyzing, reviewing and implementing strategies on clients websites that are optimized to be picked up by search engines.

- You will outline and generate content (+ assign to our team of content writers) to include keywords or phrases in order to increase traffic to website.

- You will conduct various testing methods in design, layout and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic and paid traffic.

- You will have in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting and the behaviors of search ---------- O is an ever-changing landscape, so an SEO specialist needs to be continuously learning and evolving.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize client accounts.
* Utilize our SEO management tool for initial site diagnostics, determining SEO actions to elevate SERP rankings.
* Work with a list of keywords to rank each client's site, taking initiatives to boost their performance.
* Analyze long tail traffic from Google Analytics, identifying trends and opportunities for additional keyword ranking.
* Troubleshoot and rectify issues flagged by our internal SEO tool.
* Collaborate closely with account managers, sharing updates on site performance, rankings, and tasks accomplished.
* Perform competitor analysis, formulating strategies to overtake them.
* Seek and leverage link-building opportunities.
* Monitor clients' Google Analytics, identifying and addressing site issues such as high bounce rates or spammy referrals.
* Maintain meticulous documentation of all SEO work undertaken.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
* Proficiency in both on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
* Robust analytical skills.
* Organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
* Reliable, responsible, and a clear communicator.
* Team-oriented mindset.
* Familiarity with working with Schema.
* Proven track record of successfully ranking websites.
