This position demands the analysis of construction plans, extraction of pivotal details, and aid in the formulation of bids.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret architectural plans to pinpoint relevant specifics associated with doors, windows, and glazing.
- Conduct precise takeoffs to gauge quantities, dimensions, and types of items.
- Incorporate the extracted specifics into our bidding software or spreadsheet.
- Pursue clarifications and initiate RFIs when plan details seem ambiguous.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team ensuring bid accuracy and timely submissions.
- Maintain a systematic record of all scrutinized plans and relevant takeoffs.
- Regularly report discoveries and advancements to the supervising authority.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience with architectural plans interpretation is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
