Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) or B2B Cold Caller
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our technology sales team. The BDR will play a critical role in growing the company by starting the sales cycle, emailing contacts, calling and setting up appointments, and managing a list of customers. The ideal candidate will have a hunter's attitude, and excellent English.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and other marketing campaigns to generate sales qualified leads. 50-120 calls per day
2. Research contacts and manage lists
4. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for calls, meetings, and pipeline generation.
5. Qualify prospects against established criteria prior to passing them to the sales team as a sales opportunity.
6. Maintain and update an accurate log of activity.
Qualifications
Self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization.
Pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
The ability to deal with objections and rejection.
