Social Media Ads Specialist

I’m looking for an experienced ads specialist to set up and manage social media ads while growing leads and sales for my beauty and wellness company.
- Develop and deliver a winning social media strategy while setting relevant KPIs according to business objectives
- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Business platforms
- Apply audience insights and analytics data to inform paid social campaigns
- Be up to date with the latest social media trends, apply best practices and innovative tools

Must have great communication skills, be fast, organized, effective.
