- Post must help readers accomplish something, and/or learn from examples
- Detailed and in-depth explanation of the topic with examples and relevant studies or survey to back it up. (We can give you a list of sources or tips to easily look for these)
- We’re not interested in generic posts that have been written over and over, such as 5 Skills to Add in Your Resume
- Fully formatted sections with headlines, subheadings and bullets to make posts easy to skim through

Responsibilities
• Come up with story or topic ideas based on broad concepts provided
• Research examples and relevant studies, surveys, or sources for the blog posts
• Conceptualize, write, and edit original and engaging content
• Provide excellent know-how on current trends and innovations about the subject
• Develop creative content ideas to drive user engagement and memorability
• Edit articles based on feedback provided

About you:
• Must have sample clips in the topics mentioned above
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• You must have a passion for careers, personal growth, psychology, business, and negotiating
• You are a storyteller
• You can come up with story ideas with minimal guidance
• Familiar, or willing to learn about writing tools like Hemingway and Google Scholar
• Can write publication-ready articles that require little to no editing
• Can follow the style guide or writing guidelines for each assignment
• Deadline-driven and dependable
• Open to feedback
• Resourceful and outgoing
• Marketing know-how a plus

Payment and Perks
- The payment depends on the difficulty of the article you’ll be writing, research requirements, as well as the word count. Minimum is $45 for 700-words, but it can go up as far as $130 for 2000 words.

After reading through everything above, here’s the exercise that you’ll need to complete to become one of our regular contributors.

1. Send an e-mail to marcgraham2000@gmail.com and pitch me two to three story headlines that you’d potentially like to write based on the topics we cover. Topics are business, personal development, psychology, careers, and negotiating. Please include a brief outline for each of the topics.

2. If the headlines fit within our content strategy, then I’ll have you write one of the stories. Payment is $45-$60 for 700-1000 words.

3. After we review your piece, if we like it, then we’ll pay you for the post, and you’ll become regular contributor. If it doesn’t meet our standards, we will not use it, and you’ll have full rights to the post.
