- Develop and optimize systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage software solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.
- Train tea ---------- mbers on the use of newly implemented systems and SOPs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate processes for improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
- Document and design processes to be easily followed by other tea ---------- mbers

???? Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in process development, software management, and SOP design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English
