STR with Marketing Exp (Resolution 2 is a plus)

We're seeking a seasoned leader with exceptional experience in Hospitality, guest communication and Airbnb Policies. Given our strong customer focus, world-class and enjoyable customer service is a must, as our guests are our top priority. The Virtual Guest Relation Lead will manage Daily Operations (Check in focus) including dealing with common guests issues during check inm, guest messaging, providing resolution for guest concerns, helping future guests to successfully book a home. This role demands organization and keen attention to detail.

Marketing Strategies focused on STR
Guest messaging
Responding to guests' reviews
Creating SOPs
Marketing and Social Media postings
Walmart Fulfillment
Answering guests' calls for inquiry and any other concerns
managing guest issues
monitor guest compliance


Previous experience with Airbnb/ short-term rentals / vacation rentals / hotel managementl / real estate property management is required

Skill Sets Required:

? MUST have previous advanced Airbnb / short-term rental / vacation rental / real estate property
management / hotel management experience and have personally stayed at Airbnbs before
? Must have strong Excel and Google Drive skills
? Must be able to work the entire work scheduled hours as this is NOT a project-based role
? Must have very strong English language skills (fluent both speaking and writing) as they will taking phone calls
and messaging guests. Our brand language to our guests is fun & personal, think social media comments with
exclamation points and emojis, but also grammar & accurate spelling is crucial
? Must be VERY personal and creative in this fun guest hospitality industry! We have templates for common
questions but there are so many questions or messages that we receive from our Airbnb guests where we need
somebody who can thoroughly continue the conversation without relying on templates for everything, and make
it fun for our guests!
? Must be extremely organized and a go-getter, as we are looking for a leader and self motivator
? Must have either a smart phone or tablet that can be used for certain applications (mobile applications only),
must also have a backup laptop with strong WiFi as the guest communication is very time sensitive, must have
strong reliable back up data connection, responding to ever message within 10 minutes so reliability is crucial
? Must be on time & attentive the entire shift period (5 minutes late is not acceptable and we want that to be
clear)
? Preferred to personally love to travel
? ** Please understand this is NOT project based, this is a full-time role in which you are required to be working
during the entire shift period **
