Hours:
- 7 am through 4 pm MST, Monday through Friday (with one-hour lunch break)
- 40 hours per week
- Hours are tracked using Time Doctor, a cloud-based employee time-tracking software
Qualifications:
- Must fit the Company’s culture and core values, namely being honest, ethical, and positive
- Must be responsible, professional, and a team player
- Has high standards and attention to detail
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and use Google Workplace tools and CRM software
- Highly trainable with strong listening skills and an ability to follow instructions
- Openness to learning new strategies, skills, and techniques
- Perseverance and ability to receive and accept feedback
- A private, dedicated, personal workspace with a fast and reliable internet connection (at least 40 MB per second)
Duties:
- Answer inbound customer service and sales calls and chats
- Solve
- Fill out miscellaneous reports daily, weekly, and monthly
- Organize commercial customers and their progress in CRM software
Employment Requirements:

- A non-compete agreement is required but will be limited to primarily e-commerce water filtration businesses for a period of one year only
