JOB OVERVIEW

Stratus Financial, LLC is looking for a School Relationship Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, providing crucial support in various administrative and other tasks. Your ability to excel in customer service, cold calling, and research will be essential in helping us maintain our high standards of service and school satisfaction.

This position will be responsible for:

• Conduct cold calls to potential schools to introduce our services and identify potential business opportunities.
• Research on the list of flight schools that could be considered for invitation for partnership across various platforms.
• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to school inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct research on aviation industry trends, and potential leads to support business development efforts.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing school databases and files.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, and office organization.
• Collaborate with the team on special projects and assignments as needed.

Skills:
• Previous experience in administrative roles with a focus on customer service, cold calling, and research.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Excellent research and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

Work Hours:
Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
