Wordpress template builder on a freelancer base

Dear Freelancers,

I'm looking for an expert Worpress template builder who can work with me on a projects-base. Please keep in mind that this is NOT a permanent position and that we'll just working together on projects.

Therefore I'm looking for persons who would like to establish a working relationship and not a permanent amount of hours per month.

Please show me in your application:
- What your experience is so far with converting HTML sites to Wordpress themes
- Your portfolio

Work will usually take place on an ad-hoc base so I'm looking for freelancers who are flexible with their time and who can rapidly squeeze such projects in.

In your application I'll also need to see what your hourly rate is.

I'd like to note that I myself have never converted a Wordpress theme before so I don't know what it entails. If you can provide me with a basic run-down of how it works that would be great. This is just for my understanding, not so I can take your place ;).
